Tank Pads

Each tank pad is composed of 3 basic components: 1st 3-D resin materials used to create the dome effect 2nd label materials which your artwork is printed on and 3rd the adhesive material which sticks your label to the desired surface.

The 3-D resin are rated for up to 3 years of outdoor use. Doming has been laboratory tested to withstand the equivalent of three years Florida sunlight and in a salt-water mist without any shrinkage, yellowing or deterioration.

All tank pads are printed on 2 mm film substrate with acrylic permanent adhesive. This is a versatile, general purpose adhesive designed for excellent adhesion to a wide range of materials including metals, and most plastics including ABS.

All tank pads are digitally printed in four color process (CYMK), matched with PANTONE color chart. The stunning colors combined with 3-D process are bringing tank pads industry to a new level.
